Lady Royals Age Groups

Lady Royals offer a range of programs and services designed to empower and nurture strong young women both on and off the field. These offerings include skill-building clinics and coaching to enhance players' proficiency in the game, along with regular team practices and competitive games to put their skills to the test. The Lady Royals offer Spring Season, Summer Clinics and Scrimmages, and Fall Clinics for girls Kindergarten through 9th Grade.

K/2

Intended for new players who want to learn the basic skills of lacrosse. They would on passing, shooting, scooping ground balls, learning the game. During the regular season there are 8 regular games scheduled, with a playoff at the end of the season

3/4

3/4 teams will practice 2-3 times a week in full protective gear (Eye goggles, Stick). During the regular season there are 8 regular games scheduled. Typically, there is one every Saturday. During the regular season there are 8 regular games scheduled, with a playoff at the end of the season. Typically, there is one every Sunday played against other teams who are part of the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League (NVYLL). Games start at the end of March and finish by May.

5/6
