PWLC General Membership Meeting 21 July 2016

Royal’s family,

Please mark your calendar.  The PWLC will host a general membership meeting on Thursday, July 21 at 7:00pm.  Tentatively scheduled at Saunders Middle School – confirmation of location to follow.

The General membership meeting is your opportunity to hear from the Board of Directors the direction our club is going in, to interact with and provide direct input to them, and to vote on new leaders of the team.

We are very hard at work to ensure our athletes will have a successful and rewarding 2017 season.  One of the most important aspects of this is to ensure we have volunteers to fill some of our key club positions.  We are actively seeking members to volunteer to serve in the following positions:

-Overall Club Commissioner, Boys Member at Large, Director of Marketing, Director of Equipment/Logistics and club Treasurer.

*Full descriptions and vacancy announcement swill be posted NLT 29 June and the actual election will take place at the July 21 General Membership meeting.
